Healthy muffin recipe filled with flax and chia seeds.
Preheat oven to 375.
Mix all of your dry ingredients together (excluding chocolate chips), and mix all of your wet ingredients together.
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Once combined mix in chocolate chips.
Spoon mixture evenly into muffin pan. The recipe should make 12 average sized muffins.
Bake for 18 - 22 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean and muffins are rounded on top.
Remove muffins from pan and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
