Hey mamas, I have another tasty treat for you that is lactation boosting and helps to fulfill that sweet tooth! If you follow me on IG stories you’ve probably seen me talk about these energy bites a bunch and that’s because they’re SOOOO GOOD, and actually work!
They’re perfect to make during nap time. Just mix everything together, let it sit in the fridge for 10 minutes to firm up a bit and then roll them into bite sized balls. When stored in the fridge in an air tight container they last up to 2 weeks, but I doubt you’ll let them sit that long before gobbling them all up!
I recommend making a double batch and snacking on them throughout the day to help increase your supply. You could also munch on a bunch of them an hour or so before a pumping session to help you pump more. I found out just how well they work after I snacked on a few too many while packing and felt so full a couple of hours later 🙈
Make sure to share your booby bites on social media by tagging @HappyStylishFit! You can also check out these breakfast bars and smoothie for my lactation boosting recipes. The key is to add oats, ground flax seed, and brewers yeast to as much of your cooking as you can to help build and maintain your supply.
