I’ve never been a huge resolution person, but I’m a total #GoalDigger and there’s something about the new year energy that I love and find really motivating. This year I’m planning on finally getting into a regular fitness routine by regularly working out at least 3 times per week by the end of the year. The first step to achieving any goal is to write them down. There are tons of statistics out there that all say you greatly increase your likelihood of achieving your goal when you write it down. So get on it and put that pen to paper! Display it somewhere you see all the time to keep it top of mind while you go throughout your day.

GET A WORKOUT BUDDY

Workout buddies help keep you on track to achieving your fitness goals. You’re less likely to make up excuses to cancel your workout when you have someone that you have to show up for. Find a buddy that has similar goals as you and that you can trust to help you stay on track.

HAVE YOUR GYM BAG PACKED AND READY TO GO
