Often times Valentines Day is focused on date nights, but I like to think that the special love day is about more that the love in a relationship with a significant other, but also your love between other friendly and family relationships, as well as for yourself. That’s why I’m bringing you these 50 ways to practice self love.

Self Love is meant to be more than just a one of thing. There’s a saying that has always resonated with me. You aren’t any good being of service to others when you are running on empty. It’s easy for all of us to get run down with all of our responsibilities and day to day lives, but it’s important to take the time to recharge.

Some of you may say you’re too busy. To that I say it’s all the more reason to set some time aside. When you take the time to recharge yourself you’ll end up being more productive, efficient, and less stressed during your day to day.

So take the time. Write it in your planner. Set a reminder. You deserve it.

This would be my go to area of self care. Every Sunday I like to practice #SelfCareSunday and do a face mask, hair mask, and my new favourite self care obsession, a bath! I’ve never been a bath person, but a friend convinced me to just try it and I’m completely hooked, it’s like the best thing ever! I also like to add in some reading time and mediation while I’m in the bath. #BestSundayEver!
