CASUAL IN DRESSED UP JEANS

3 Fun Flirty Valentines Day Outfit Ideas. Keep it casual with jeans, a dressy shirt, and leapord flats, or dress it up a little bit with a lace peplum, burgundy skinnies, and black pumps, or with a fun flirty skirt, with a white lace top, and heels. – Happy Stylish Fit

Dress up some casual jeans with a beaded top and leopard flats for a Valentines Day outfit. I’m in love with beaded detailing – it adds femininity with a touch of sophistication to any outfit. The leopard flats add some spice while keeping you comfy. It’s so important to keep in mind what kind of date you will be going on when choosing your footwear. It’s so unattractive to be complaining about how sore your feet are throughout the date, when you’re the one who chose to wear those shoes. We’ve all been there, but there’s no need to go there again. Your date would way rather you be comfortable and having fun, over being uncomfortable and looking cute.

CONFIDENT IN A WAIST DEFINING TOP

For this Valentines Day outfit show off your waist, or any other favourite asset, in something that you feel confident and comfortable in. I like peplums and flowy shirts for dinner dates because you can have a food baby and still feel confident. This is compared to a bodycon dress where you’ll look hot as hell, but might feel self conscious, and constantly adjust your outfit. You’ll have a way better time if you dress in something that you feel confident in and will be comfortable throughout the date.

FUN AND FLIRTY IN A PLEATED SKIRT

Have fun in a flirty skirt and heels with this Valentines Day outfit idea. I just realized every top is white – can you tell I have a thing for white shirts with details? They’re just so feminine and polished looking. The lace detailing along the shoulders of this top really dresses up the whole look. Add in some cute black booties to tie it all together.

I hope you’ve found some Valentines Day outfit inspiration. The main thing to keep in mind when choosing your Valentines Day outfit is to be comfortable and confident in what you’re wearing. A confident polished look with someone who is comfortable and having fun is way sexier than someone who is self conscious in a sexed up outfit with sky high heels, who is constantly adjusting their outfit or complaining about their sore feet, or how cold they are. I’m also not trying to talk down sexy, tight outfits in any way. If that’s what you feel comfortable and confident in then all the power to you! Like I said the most important thing is that you feel confident and comfortable. We’re all different, and feel differently in all sorts of outfits. Work with whatever feels right to you.

This weekend I also celebrated my first month of blogging! I already feel like I have come so far, and met some awesome people, and am really looking forward to what’s to come on my blogging journey. I’ve decided to change up my post scheduling for February. I want to provide more well rounded content while still keeping fashion as a main area on the blog, and have felt like I am struggling to do that with the current format of weekly Wednesday posts with subscription box reviews on Saturdays after I receive them. Four varied content posts a month just isn’t enough – I really want to provide more value to you. Starting next week I will be switching to fashion/journal type posts on Tuesdays, weekly varied content on Fridays, and subscription box reviews on Sundays after I receive them. I’ll test it out for a month and see how it works with my schedule, and see if you guys are enjoying the more well rounded content.

As always, I love hearing from you. Please leave a comment below about your Valentines Day plans, or just to say hi.
